Dave Pflieger was also instrumental in the management of Air Pacific, the airline that is now known as Fiji Airways.
Packing To get the most out of a trip to Fiji, one should pack appropriately. The country has a warm climate for which light layers are suitable. For time spent in a resort, swimsuits and shorts are acceptable and practical, but when venturing into Fijian villages it is important to dress more modestly. It is also recommended to bring cotton dresses and shirts, a hat and sunglasses for protection from the sun, a light sweater, and a waterproof jacket.
Supplies
Insect repellent, sunscreen, and prescription and over-the-counter medications are important to bring along as well: It can be difficult to find basic medical supplies in more remote areas. Aspirin, bandages, antiseptic, and other basics can make the difference between enjoying the trip and suffering from an acute ailment. Other useful items include plastic bags, a day pack, a flashlight, a camera, and a water bottle. Comments are closed.
